It's the perfect tool for server admins, system engineers, developers and IT focused information workers who constantly need to access remote systems with different protocols (like RDP, VNC, SSH, HTTP/S, and many more.).

Shareware Information

Royal TS can be downloaded, installed and used in Shareware Mode for free without registration or time limit (no trial expiration!) and without a license key. In Shareware Mode some restrictions apply (see below) but even with those restrictions, Royal TS can be used for free in small environments or evaluated and thoroughly tested before licenses are obtained.

Note

The following restrictions apply in Shareware Mode:

You cannot have more than 10 connections.
You cannot have more than 10 credentials.
You can open only one Royal TS document.

To remove the above restrictions, it's required to obtain and enter a license key in Royal TS. Each license includes at least 12 months of software maintenance (free upgrades and priority email support). For more information visit: http://www.royalts.com

Connection Management

With Royal TS, you can organize and manage all your connections to your remote systems. The following connection types are currently available and supported:

VNC	TightVNC	Connect to remote computers using the TightVNC client.	Royal Server and Secure Gateway support.

TeamViewer		Connect to remote computers using TeamViewer. Can also display the web based management console in the dashboard or tabbed.	Cannot be embedded at the moment.
Terminal	Rebex	Connect to remote computers using Telnet or SSH. Also allows you to connect to devices using the Serial Port.	Royal Server and Secure Gateway support.
Terminal	PuTTY	Connect to remote computers using Telnet, SSH, Raw and Rlogin. Also allows you to connect to devices using the Serial Port.	Royal Server and Secure Gateway support.
Web Page	Internet Explorer	Displays web pages based on Internet Explorer.
Web Page	Chrome	Displays web pages based on Google Chrome rendering engine.
External Application		Integrates external applications (executable) into Royal TS connection tabs.
Performance View		Displays real-time performance counters from one or more remote computers.
Hyper-V Management		Displays Hyper-V guest instances from one or more Hyper-V hosts. Allows you to connect to the guest console. Also allows to manage the Hyper-V guest state (Pause, Start, Save State, etc.).	These connections are supported by Royal Server: Direct connect is supported on Royal TS for Windows. On non-Windows platforms, Royal Server is required.
Terminal Services Management		Displays terminal services sessions from one or more remote computers running terminal services. Alloes you to send messages to sessions. Sessions can also be reset (force log off).
Windows Events View		Displays Windows Events from one or more remote computers. Supports flexible sorting, filtering and grouping.
Windows Processes		Displays running Windows processes from one or more remote computers.
Windows Services		Displays Windows services from one or more remote computers. Services can be stopped, started or restarted.
PowerShell Connection		Executes a custom PowerShell script or command and displays the result in a grid or as text.

Automation and Tasks

To work efficiently, automation is the key in the IT industry. Royal TS allows you to create, manage and execute all the tasks you need on a daily basis:

Command Task	Use command tasks to launch other tools or scripts based on your connection configuration in Royal TS.	Command tasks are executed locally. To execute tasks remotely, you can utilize tools like psexec.
Key Sequence Task	Key sequence tasks simulate keyboard input on one or more connections. Repetitive commands in terminals or login sequences can be created and executed.

Credential Management: Enterprise Ready Security and Team Sharing Features

Royal TS enables you to work safely with your confidential data (such as credentials) by using state of the art encryption technology and smart ways to integrate personal credentials while working with shared files in a team. See also Working with Personal Credentials in a Shared Document.

The built-in credential management provides quick and easy access to your credentials in Royal TS connections and in supported web browsers. See also: Royal Passwords Browser Extensions.

In addition, Royal TS also has built-in KeePass V2 file support:

You can import existing KeePass V2.x files and convert all KeePass credentials to Royal TS credentials.
You can also just open KeePass V2.x files in a "read-only" mode and even assign credentials from the KeePass file to your Royal TS connections. At any time, you can also copy credentials using drag & drop to your Royal TS documents.
